About Pegasus Contracting Co.
Pegasus Contracting Co. is a Cincinnati-based general contractor specializing in interior and exterior architectural remodeling. From kitchens and bathrooms to roofing, concrete, and epoxy, we treat every renovation as a single, coordinated build rather than a series of disconnected trades.
What Sets Us Apart
Most remodeling companies subcontract every discipline and disappear between phases. Pegasus keeps a dedicated project lead on each job from the first consultation through the final walkthrough, so communication never breaks down and quality is owned by one accountable team. We are a licensed and insured general contractor in Ohio and Northern Kentucky, and every project is backed by a one-year craftsmanship warranty. Estimates are always written and fixed-price, delivered after a free in-home consultation that verifies real field conditions rather than a guess over the phone.
Our Service Area
We are based in Blue Ash, Ohio and serve homeowners across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including Mason, West Chester, Blue Ash, Montgomery, Loveland, Indian Hill, Madeira, Milford, Fairfield, Hamilton, Florence, Edgewood, Fort Thomas, Covington, Union, Dayton, Centerville, Beavercreek, Springboro, Maineville, Monroe, Kenwood, and Lebanon. Whether the project is a single-room update or a full home rebirth, we bring the same craft discipline to every scope.
Our Approach to Craft
We believe a renovation should outlast the trends that inspired it. That means moisture management behind every tile wall, proper substrate prep before any epoxy or concrete pour, and structural rough-ins that pass inspection the first time. We sequence work so structural, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins are complete and inspected before finish surfaces begin, which protects materials and keeps the timeline honest. The result is a home that looks deliberate and performs for decades.
