Bathroom Remodeling FAQs
What is included in the $9,500 starting bathroom remodel?
Our $9,500 starting bathroom remodel covers a complete standard bathroom refresh in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky: full tear-out of existing fixtures, a new tub and wall surround (or standard shower enclosure), a new vanity and sink faucet, a new comfort-height toilet, waterproof flooring, fresh paint, and updated vanity lighting—backed by our 1–10 year craftsmanship warranty depending on the project.
How long does a bathroom remodel take from start to finish?
Most standard bathroom remodels and tub-to-shower conversions take 5 to 7 working days once materials are on-site. Larger custom tile master bathrooms or layout changes typically take 2 to 3 weeks.
Do you handle plumbing, electrical, and permits?
Yes. Pegasus Contracting Co. is fully insured and manages every trade under one contract—including plumbing, moisture-rated electrical, waterproofing, tile setting, and any required municipal permits in Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
How do you waterproof showers and bathroom floors?
We install a fully bonded waterproof membrane system over cement board or backer substrate and flood-test shower pans before setting tile, preventing leaks, mold, and subfloor rot.
Which areas around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky do you serve?
We remodel bathrooms out of our Blue Ash office across Cincinnati, Mason, West Chester, Montgomery, Loveland, Indian Hill, Hyde Park, Anderson Township, Covington, Florence, Fort Thomas, and surrounding communities.
