Bathroom Remodeling in Cincinnati, OH
Full-scope renovations, done right. Typical investment: $8,000 – $30,000+.
Cincinnati's older housing stock — from 1920s bungalows in Northside to mid-century ranches in Westwood and stone Colonials in Hyde Park — means bathroom remodels here frequently involve correcting decades of hidden water damage, updating galvanized or lead plumbing, and reconfiguring tight, quirky layouts. We've renovated bathrooms across nearly every Cincinnati neighborhood and know how to work with plaster walls, old floor joists, and the city's permitting process.

Building in Cincinnati
Work inside the City of Cincinnati that moves plumbing or electrical requires a city permit and often a plumbing inspection. Older homes also commonly need subfloor and joist repair once the old tile comes out — we budget for that discovery up front so there are no mid-project surprises.
